The text is illustrated with black-and-white drawings, some full page, as others half page and quarter page, or executed by Victor Ambrus. Blue coloured boards with silver coloured titles backstrip. Colour illustrated dustwrapper, again by Victor Ambrus, with blue coloured titles to the front panel and backstrip. The editors "... have made a collection of stories and poems about kings." -- from the front fold over panel blurb. Softening to the backstrip edges with rubbing of the book corners and lower book edges. Age toning of the textblock edges and pages. A little creasing to the dustwrapper edges with chipping to the backstrip edges. Some are fading to the backstrip with yellowing of the white colour of the background of the dustwrapper.
