A detailed handbook to dishes and menus for the breakfast table, unusually focussing on breakfast, which its authors say is the most overlooked meal of the day. Written by Mary Hooper.Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper, 'A. L. Hodgson'. Bookseller's label to the rear pastedown. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, with some rubbing. Light bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. A little cockling to the tail of the rear board. A few minor marks to the boards. Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto to the front endpaper. Bookseller's label to the rear pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some spots. Very Good
