About the author

JOYCE DUNBAR is the author of more than 80 children's books, including the bestseller Tell Me Something Happy Before I Go to Sleep. She has been praised for her humorous, charming, and quirky writing. Joyce's Mouse and Mole series was adapted for an animated TV series, and later, a TV Christmas special. Her books have been translated into 20 different languages. Joyce lives in Norwich, England. Author and illustrator JAMES MAYHEW is the creator of the bestselling Katie series for children, among many other works. He has received the New York Times Best Illustrated Book of the Year and was long-listed for the Kate Greenaway Award. Alongside his work in publishing, James works with a variety of musicians and symphony orchestras, presenting concerts that incorporate music and art created live on stage.
