Routledge, Warne, and Routledge,, 1863.. 1863 [4], 320 p. Eight chromo plates. Publisher's red cloth, embossed and gilt. Spine faded and some shelf wear to the boards, otherwise a very good copy. Signature of Sir Frederick Ashton on front endpaper dated 1944 and label on rear board stating that it was sold from his collection in 1993.
