London: Harvill, 1995. Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo. 278pp. Second impression. VG/VG. Hardcover book sturdily bound in dark grey paper boards, with lightly bumped corners. Spotting to top of lightly age-toned textblock. Faint cigarette odor. Unclipped jacket shows crumpling at the tips. Laminate curling up a touch at top and bottom of spine.

Synopsis

A Heart So White by Javier Marías was first published in 1992 and received the International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award in 1997. Margaret Jull Costa's English translation was published by New Directions in 2000.

All books ship free with tracking to domestic addresses via USPS Media Mail. In most cases, delivery takes place within a three to ten day window, although the vicissitudes of USPS may apply. Unless otherwise requested, expedited domestic purchases ship via USPS Priority Mail; overseas orders via USPS First Class International. Heavy or oversized books may incur additional shipping charges, as may books shipped to overseas destinations. Any additional charges required will be communicated promptly.

We take safe shipping very seriously; all of our books are packaged in new cardboard boxes amply cushioned with biodegradable packing peanuts. Pamphlets and other flat materials items are ocassionally shipped in bubble-mailers with internal cardboard supports. All books with dust jackets are fitted with brand new archival protectors prior to shipping.
