Hemi's next three years were spent in the barnyard, meeting a barn helper, a student named Melville. They became friends. Separated, Hemi would run away when he was warned of danger to his life. Told in the voices of the animals, this tale will come around to the friendship again with Melville, and the Agricultural College he attended.
