About This Item
1908. WHARTON, Edith. THE HERMIT AND THE WILD WOMAN and other stories. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1908. First edition. 8vo., red cloth stamped in gilt and ruled in blind, 279 pp.. The spine is a tad sunned, foxing to the endpapers and a little speckling to the cloth from a moisture reaction to the sizing. Still a relatively attractive, very good copy.
