David Breashears has made four trips to Everest's summit. His cinematic achievements include the IMAX(R) movie Everest and "Everest: The Death Zone" for the PBS series NOVA. He is the recipient of four Emmy awards for his accomplishments in cinematography. When not climbing, Breashears resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
