Port Jefferson, L.I.: Published by the Author, 1874. Hardcover. Fair. The brown cover shows wearing with clips to the top and bottom of the spine. The corners are all worn all around the book. The gilt lettering is showing signs of fading particularly on the spine. The front cover is starting to separate from the interior pages. Previous owner's name and other markings in pencil on endpaper with writing on paste down. Writing on back endpaper as well by another previous owner. The interior is unmarked and tight. 424 pages plus 9 pages of A Short History of Lakeland from Dr. Edgar F. Peck of Brooklyn, and pages of advertisements.
