About This Item
Edinburgh and London: William Blackwood and Sons Ltd., 1948. Black cloth with gilt lettering on teh spine, and egimental crest of red lion in roundel on the front board. [xvi] 383 pages. With divisional moves depicted on the endpapers. 16 photo plates, 18 coloured folding maps and 6 in black and white . All present as called for. 7.5 X 10 inches. The book is very good a little rubbed, the front endpaper a little split at the hinge. A few spots to the fore edge. All in good order and pages clean and unmarked. The dustwrapper, plain grey with black lettering is rubbed and a bit marked, with chipping to spine ends. Overall in fair condition. The wrapper is in a clear paperlined removable protective jacket.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Good.
