A Very Good+ set with a little light staining to cloth, wear to upper corners of Vols. I & III, upper corner of Vol. II textblock bumped, names in pencil on ffeps of Vols. I & III, slight concavity to spine of Vol. I. An attractive set of an important, immense work of Oregon history; the latter two volumes consist of biographical entries about prominent citizens of the Columbia River Valley. The author was a columnist for the Oregon Journal as well as an antiquarian book dealer.
