London: Richard Bentley, 1847. Third edition. Hardcover. Octavo, Three volumes (xxx, 442 pages ; xvi, 439 pages ; xvi, 455 pages). In Good condition. Spines are brown with gold print on black banners, raised bands. Boards half bound with brown leather to spine and corners and marbled paper to boards. Toning to spines, front hinge tear to first volume, light wear to spine caps and corners, light scuffing to leather, marbled paper has light rubbing.Text block has marbled edges and endpapers. Mild foxing to endpapers, bookplate on front pastedowns, name in ink on front endpaper. Illustrated: b&w frontispieces, folded map in first two volumes. NOTE: Shelved in Locked Annex, Multi-Volume Columns. 1376191. FP New Rockville Stock.
