About This Item
Oxford: At the University Press. Six volumes - 2 parts each of volumes I, II, and III. Seems to be original covers - a sort of plastic sheathing over cloth, plastic scuffed and faded, bubbling, large pieces peeled out of three spines (interesting sneak peek of the spine cover paper, which is upside down from the book binding!). Pages rough cut, very good, light foxing - more heavy on the first few pages and on illustrations and frontises. Bindings tight, multiple black and white plates. NOT ex-library. . Good. Hardcover. 1829.
