Price of $16.00 on the front flap of the dust jacket. Jacket design by Vladimir Radunsky. With a few illustrations on the title page. The basis for the epynomous film. Sachar's tale concerns a miscarriage of justice and one boy's navigation of the juvenile detention system. Camp Green Lake, where the protagonist is being held, is a juvenile facility in the scorching American desert and is haunted by what's buried beneath its sand. Minor wear to the extremities, otherwise a pleasing copy.
