London, etc.: Ward, Lock, 1915. First edition, Colonial Issue.. Blue cloth, front cover designed and lettered in gilt, spine lettered in gilt with a design stamped in blind. Frontispiece & 15 plates by Greiffenhagen. 16 pg. publisher's catalogue at rear. Some discoloration of end papers as usual, light wear to edges, a bright and attractive copy. This is the Colonial Issue, with "For Sale Abroad" stamped in blind at the base of the back cover.
