Farrar Straus & Giroux, 1995. Cream coloured hard cover with black quarter binding. Very small round brown stain on bottom left where binding meets cover, about the size of the top of a pencil eraser. Text is is n pristine condition. Very tight. Dust jacket has white background with black and white phote of Kis on the middle. Plack title. Red subtitles. Small tear middle top front. Top and bottom of jacket spine are are chipped. Small water stain near the bottom of the spine. Sticker residue on upper right front corner.
