UsedGood. First US edition, 1921. Scarce. Green cloth boards with gilt lettering on spine. No DJ. Cover frayed and generally worn with age. Gilt on spine faded but still readable. Pages are in terrific condition with extremely light yellowing to edges. Pencil mark on rear endpaper but text is otherwise clean and unmarked, no underlining. Good copy of a rare 1st US Chekhov.
