London: Michael Joseph, 1944 (500 gram rate) price clipped DW has small chip at lower front corner, some chipping to spine ends, short tear at top front corner fold, short tear at head of rear panel, minor age or handling soiling, book is clean but shows minor age related soiling, closed bottom edge has some minor brown spots, closed top edge is foxed, small piece of paper pasted at reverse of the head of the DW spine to stop chipping loss, better than it sounds, scarce first issue . First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Good. 12mo - over 6? - 7? tall.

Rest of World; Books up to 1kg (standard) NZD$60.00 or for expedited NZD$100.00adding additional books in same order usually $30 extra each. For orders valued NZD$250.00 or higher you will need to choose Expedited postage.Currently due to airline constraints there is usually at least a week before parcels find a space on outgoing flights, so expect at least two weeks for delivery outside New Zealand.
