Includes Index. The Book Is Bound In A Mottled Blue Cloth With Red Stamped Lettering On The Front And Lettering And Rules On The Spine. The Upper Corners Are Bumped. A Small Bump On Each Of The Upper Board Edges. The Page Edges Are Lightly Tanned. The Unclipped Jacket Has A One By Three Inch Chip At The Upper Front Edge. A Few Other Small Chips And Tears.
