1966. Soft cover. VG- (Very Good Minus). 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Signed by author inside front cover with personalized inscription. Appears to be an advance copy or proof. Oblong offwhite wraps with black lettering and plastic comb binding. Comb is somewhat bent near ends. Trace edgewear and soil, with lightly bumped spine ends. Binding sound, text clean (although there are printed corrections to typos scattered throughout). Printed in double column. No stickers or stamps.
