Richard Gerstell, Ph.D. was a consultant to the US Civil Defense Office and popularized this guide on how best to survive in the event of an atomic war. The book takes the form of questions and answers and addresses various situations, i.e. apartment dwellers, the city, the country. Well worn with toned pages.  Fair condition, quite scarce..
