About This Item
Gerald Duckworth & Co, 1952. Hardcover. Acceptable/Acceptable. 1952. First Edition. 429 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Laminated green jacket over black cloth with gilt titles to spine. Expected library inserts, stamps and inscriptions. From the Hundred Years series. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright. Dust jacket is taped to boards, so board condition hard to fully assess. Laminated unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears and creasing. Slightly rubbed and marked overall. Spine noticeably sunned. Jacket taped to boards. Creasing and bubbling to lamination.
