Colour illustrated frontispiece and illustrations by Archibald Webb. Prize plate stuck to front free endpaper. Hinges are heavily cracked with exposed netting. Slight crinkling to gutters. Binding is slightly loose. Pages and illustrations are moderately tanned with noticeable foxing. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Slight crushing and fraying to spine ends. Lettering is bright and clear. Moderate sunning to spine and edges. Visible wear marks to boards.
