Hardcover with dustjacket, book is in excellent condition, a gift inscription on the inside of the front cover is the only remarkable flaw, the jacket has very mild edge-wear at the corners, excellent condition otherwise, the original price is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included, "serves as both history and guide. The engaging text is abundantly illustrated with seventy-six photographs of houses that are still standing (along with a map of contemporary Hyde Park locating these structures) , fifteen historic photographics and drawings and numerous maps tracing the development of the area" ; 156 pages .
