New York: Macmillan, 1868. Second edition. Hardcover. Very Good. 48 pages. 4 x 5 1/4 in. high. Blue cloth with gilt lettering on cover. Condition of the book is VERY GOOD; Front hinge starting to crack, small booksellers stamp on front paste-down (Kirby & Co. Booksellers, 633 Broadway, New York), small label on rear paste-down ( Bound by Kirby & Co. Kirby St. E.C.), inscription dated 1869 on back of ffep, one small marginal note in pencil, otherwise text is very clean.
