Appendix. Description: Several black and white illustrations. Frank Kingston Smith was also the author of Week-End Pilot and Flights of Fancy. Smith was a successful Philadelphia lawyer, but feeling the stress. His doctor advised a hobby. By chance Smith came upon flying and became an enthusiastic amateur pilot. In this third book he talks about instrument flying and shows the single-engine pilot how easy it is to learn to fly a multi-engine airplane like the Piper Apache.
