Lewis Esqr/ With the Author's Respects" and further inscribed by Lewis to another person. The recipient is possibly the Baptist minister, William Garrett Lewise (1821 - 1885). Copac locates copies at the BL, Cambridge, Glasgow, St. Andrews; OCLC lists no North American copies
