London: George Routledge, 1111. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Not dated and edition and printing not known. In very good blue cloth boards, with red titles to front and coloured pairs of playing cards in a circle to front. The covers are bright, unmarked and quite firm; spine ends a little bumped. Very lightly tanned and foxed free end papers and cut edges. Very good text block; pages edged in red ruled lines, with red and black images of playing cards, attractive black head pieces and decorated title page. The pages are quite firm, with light foxing on some pages and quite dense foxing on end page and last few text pages.. No dedications etc. Without jacket.
