Indianapolis, IN: Indiana State Symphony Society, Inc., 1942. Handsomely bound in black cloth with gilt lettering. Contains 12 programs, from Nov. 7-8, 1941 through March 28, 1941. Presentation Copy, SIGNED BY THE CONDUCTOR, Fabien Sevitzky, who was the brother of noted composer and conductor Sergei Koussevitzky. The Dec. 19-20 program contains Booth Tarkington's poem "Credo", which was written at the request of Dr. Sevitzky, and performed as part of that program. Erratum slip for the poem pasted in at the appearance.. SIGNED. First Edition. Cloth. Fine/No Jacket, As Issued. Presentation Copy.
