The Dial Press. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. First edition, first printing, 1969. Signed by author on title page. Book fine, except for very slight wear at spine ends and corners, stamped on fly title and title page. DJ very good, with small piece missing at bottom of front joint, at top of front joint, near bottom of back, clear tape near bottom of back and tail of spine, rubbing from removed tape on spine, slight rubbing and chipping at corners, two very small tears at top of back, slight discoloration inside DJ and along folds and edges of flaps. In specially made slipcase.
