(tints & wood-engravings), index, Fascinating mid-19th Century journal. With several nice colour plates inc. a stunning colour plate of Count RaggianiÕs Bird of Paradise, & two plates on one page of Comet II (aka The Great Comet 1861) discovered by an Australian observer. Also a lovely coloured plate of a Portuguese Man-of-War. Boards a little rubbed but other than some mild spotting, internally a very nice copy
