First Edition, first printing with "(1)" on the last page of the text. Signed presentation from Chambers on the front endpaper: "To Mrs. E. LeGrand Beers with sincere regards, Robert W. Chambers. June 12th 1905." A novel that was supposed to lampoon Elbert Hubbard of the Roycrofters when the real model was Aristide Bruant- a French reciter. Very Good (quite bright with little edgewear). $175.00.
