London, Longmans, Green & Co., , 1907.. 1907 [2], x, 157, [3] p. 52 colour plates. 35 cms. Publisher's green cloth, faded on the spine and an ink stain near the top of the front board. Usual shelf rubbing to the corners and spine ends. Occasional spotting, mostly due to the tissues which also title the plates. Otherwise a clean copy with no signature or markings.
