About This Item

New York: Doran, 1927. First American edition. Hardcover. Near fine copy/frayed (with several pieces missing). 8vo. Cloth. Pp. 356. Walpole wrote three novels about his boy hero, Jeremy, the first two being "Jeremy" and "Jeremy and Hamlet". In this last story of the series young Jeremy goes to a Public School and there encounters a nemesis, another boy whom he must, and will, overcome. A marvellous story which tells a lot about English life of the time.
