Grosset & Dunlap, New York, 1936 Book. Illus. by Bert Salg. Very Good. Hardcover. First Edition. This is #13 in the Jerry Todd series. The book is in red cloth with black lettering on the front cover and on the spine. It has a glossy frontispiece and three glossy internal illustrations. The end papers are illustrated with a map of Tutter Illinois, there is a rubbed dark blue top stain and a fish stamp as it should be for the probable first edition. The book is clean and tight with very little wear, no bumped corners, no fading, and no marks but the spine is lightly creased. The Jacket is bright and unfaded but has been professionally touched up from near fine.The pretext lists to this title and 8 Poppy Ott titles.The back panel of the jacket lists to this title and 8 Poppy Ott titles.This is a probable first edition..
