The book is in bright and unfaded red cloth with black lettering in the spine and front cover and has a dark blue top stain.The corners are all sharp and unbumped. The book is clean inside and out and has no wear. The pretext listings are 16 Jerry Todd and 9 Poppy Ott and 2 New Poppy Ott Detective Series. There are no post text listings or advertisements. On the back panel of the jacket, 16 Jerry Todd and 11 Poppy Ott titles are listed including the two in the dective series. The jacket has minor chipping the greatest being 1/8" at the top of the spine except at the right corner where it is 1/4". Both the book and jacket are very attractive. This is a probable first edition..
