Very large, sturdy book, smooth shiny blue cloth covers, gilt heraldic device at top front bright, bright gilt lettering on spine, 128 heavy glossy pages. Notes, full-page color-illustrations of illuminated manuscripts. Textured shades of gray inside covers and adjacent end papers. DJ beneath mylar, reddish color, pale yellow illustration of text, another on back, brown spine. DJ has slight surface wear to tips, crease at top front right, very tiny tears to most edges. Good DJ/Very Fine book.
