Pilar Pallette was Mrs. John Wayne for 25 years and in this book she breaks her long silence about their life together and writes a loving portrait of their sometimes wonderful, sometimes stormy life together. The Peruvian movie star was Wayne's third wife with whom he had three children. This book is the story of John Wayne, the man and the myth and the man behind the myth as told by the woman who loved him and knew him best. A clean very presentable copy.
