About This Item
Imhof was a self taught artist who painted the people of the Pueblo tribes in a straightforward way which gained the respect of his subjects. He did not promote himself although he knew all the great New Mexico artists of the time. He worked from 1907 to 1955. Author Reily is the recognized authority on Imhof. The book is in fine, as new condition. The author has inscribed, dated and signed on the front free end page.

About mark mcdonald
Book collector for over 30 years. I'm retired and ready to sell. I buy almost exclusively from estate sales and since I've lived in Dallas my whole life, I know the people and where to go. I am a low volume collector and seller and deal in higher quality books. I have a lot of signed and inscribed books. These signatures have not been officially authenticated, but I am confident in their authenticity so I will guarantee them in perpetuity if it can be reasonably demonstrated that the signature is incorrect. .
