Green coloured cloth covered boards with black coloured titles to the back strip. Quoting from the preface " ... This book has been written in one of the darkest years of Jewish history. The German war of extermination has culminated in organised mass murder. Millions have perished, and nobody knows how many will survive. Softening of the back strip edges with bumping on rubbing of the book corners. Fading of the back strip and a little to either side of the back strip. Very noticeable foxing of the book panels. Light browning of the text block edges with very faint foxing of the text block edges. Previous owners name to the top edge of the front paste-down.
