Tokyo: Sompo Museum of Art, 2021. Japanese text. A very good clean tight copy, with no creasing to the spine or covers, of this large soft-cover book. Issued by Sompo Museum of Art to accompany an exhibition of the work of the Japanese printmaker Kawase Hasui (or Hasui Kawase in western style) who worked between the early 1900s and the early 1950s. Text is in Japanese, but a few pages in English, and the titles of the prints are also given in English. A heavy book, packaged weight will be about 1200g, so extra postage will be required from buyers outside the UK. 259pp, 279 colour illustrations of his work, also some b&w illustration.. Paperback. Very Good/No Jacket. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
