He also provides new information on diseases such as Lyme disease, Potomac fever, blue tongue, and bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE).

About the author

Educator and author N. Bruce Haynes was in private veterinary practice for many years and was a faculty member at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine from 1965 to 1979. He received his DVM from Cornell and has held office in several state and national professional veterinary associations. He is the author of Keeping Livestock Healthy, and he lives in Maine.
