Fine 27.0 x 27.0cms, 104pp, Colour Illusts Fine Hard Cover This book has a selection of the 500 paintings and drawings whick Jack made in New Guinea, Moratai and Borneo in 1944 and 1945, when he was a teenager serving with the RAAF (as a survey draughtsman). They represent 'a young man's view of the drama and action of war time whilst on active service, much of which has not been coverd by the official war artists'.
