Transport Publishing Co, 1951. First Edition. Unknown. Near Fine/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" 32pp., including color cover. Part of the Scientific Thriller series. A very nice copy, with little to no wear; the only flaw is a slight printers error (light paper crease) but does not affect the type. Author's name misspelled 'Voldez' on page three. Valdez was the pseudonym for noted Australlian crime writter Allan Geoffrey Yates (1923-1985) This story features a werewolf, and as the caption states 'He was just a reporter after a human-interest story--it was an inhuman terror he encountered when his interest uncovered the...'.
