Carey frequently writes about financial management tools for individuals and businesses. she is a contributing editor to Barron's ("The Electronic Investor"), and MSDN Magazine ("New Stuff"). she reviews online brokerages, analysis tools for investors, personal finance programs, web sites, and accounting software for businesses. Theresa's byline has appeared in PC Magazine, PC World, Working Woman, computer Life, PC Week, NetGuide, Internet Shopper, Internet Life, Internet World, Money Magazine, Mutual Funds Magazine, Forecast Magazine, and many others. She has appeared on Computer Chronicles and as a featured speaker at Money Magazine's Personal Finance Seminars. She is an avid softball player, and flies single-engine planes. Edwin A. Finn Jr. is editor and president of Barron's, The Dow Jones Business and Financial Weekly. Mr. Finn first joined Dow Jones in 1980 as a national copyreader for The Wall Street Journal in New York, moving on to the foreign desk. He then became a banking and finance reporter in the Journal's Dallas bureau. In 1986, he joined Forbes magazine to cover international business and finance. He then became editor of American Banker, rejoining Dow Jones as managing editor of Barron's in 1993. Finn was named editor of the magazine in 1995, assuming additional responsibilities as president of Barron's in 1998, and has recently served as the magazine's publisher.
