About the author

Orson Scott Card is the author of the bestselling Ender's Universe series and its spinoffs. Ender's Game and Speaker for the Dead both won Hugo and Nebula Awards, making Card the only author to win these two top prizes in consecutive years. Card has also written the fantasy Tales of Alvin Maker and Mither Mages series. Card has written many other stand-alone science fiction and fantasy novels, as well as movie tie-ins and games, and publishes an internet-based science fiction and fantasy magazine, Orson Scott Card's Intergalactic Medicine Show.

Emily Janice Card has read a number of audiobooks, including Card's Ender in Exile and Ben Bova's The Aftermath. Card is an actor on stage and screen, a singer, and a writer. She also adapted and starred in the play A Sepulcher of Songs, based on a short story Orson Scott Card.

Honoel A. Ibardolaza is an award-winning illustrator of children's books and manga, including The Greediest of Rajahs and the Whitest of Clouds. He lives in the Philippines.
