Belfords Toronto: Belfords, Clarke & Co., nd. Hardcover. First Canadian edition. 8vo., orig. green cloth, nice gilt illustration of ship in harbour and another a bit smaller, gilt titles on spine and FC along with publishers device on the spine, 324pp. Cloth rubbed with some edge wear, very good. A library example with no markings on the outside, pocket and lib. bookplate inside FC. Original edition with brown end papers, first owned dated it Aug. 1880. Quite attractive on the shelf.
