Without a dust jacket as issued, however, the book is contained within a near fine cloth covered slip case with only hints of fading around the edges. This copy is identified ad number 1,374 out of only 1,500 copies printed and sold and signed by the author on the tipped-in second free end page. 244 pages of text.
