Baby Doe was a young Irish girl who came to the mining camps of Colorado with her husband who she soon left him to marry Horace Tabor, the greatest of the silver magnates. The Silver Panic of 1893 wiped out Tabor and left Baby Doe and her two daughters penniless and for Baby Doe, the rest of her life, facing personal grief, poverty, alcoholism, drug abuse, and loneliness. A clean very presentable copy.
