Amsterdam: Uitgeverij Focus, 1997. 144pgs. Photographic cover on white boards, black lettering. over 150 black and white photos. Slight hint of soiling to the white boards, otherwise a fine, unmarked copy. The photographer Leonard Freed (Magnum) resided and worked in Amsterdam during the sixties. He photographed the daily life of the people in the city and the suburbs, unconsciously painting a portrait both of a hard working post-war population and of the turbulent Provo period. The text is in English and Dutch. . Signed and Inscribed By the Artist. First Edition. Hardcover. Like New/No Jacket as Issued. 9 3/4" x 11 1/4".

Our Internet business began in 2001. Upon visiting the store, we can show and sell individual online titles upon request. Store hours are 10:00-5:30 (Tues.-Sat.) and 11:00-4:00 (Sun.). The business is run by Richard Chalfin.
